Communicate With Your Customers

This article will help you to understand how can you communicate with your customer during any stage of the project
Points to Remember:
- To communicate with your client using sms/email channel, it needs to be activated from the integrations section.
- You can either do it by yourself (if you have appropriate permissions) or ask your organization admin.
Step 1: Go to your project details page
FOR EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS:
Click into "Email" tab, then enter Email Details and click on send. All email communication with this customer will be logged into this tab.
FOR SMS COMMUNICATIONS:
Click into "Text Message" tab, and press on the blue Send Message button. Enter Text Details and click on send. All SMS communication with this customer will be logged into this tab.
To Maintain Notes in your project click on the + icon in the Notes sections. If the note needs to be sent to the customer, then the system shall automatically do the same.
