How do I Set Up email for Individual Communication?

SubcontractorHub allows you to send and receive project-specific emails directly from the platform. This guide walks you through setting up email for one-on-one communication with customers or team members.

Step 1: Locate "Manage Integrations" and select "Integrations."

Step 2: Within Integrations, find the mail option to set up your emailing services.

Step 3: Select your email service provider and click on the "Connect" button to integrate your email service provider within SubcontactorHub

Step 4: Click on the "Hi, Username" option on the top right corner and select "Your Profile"

Step 5: Click on the "Connect to ‘Email Service Provider" button to set up your email for common communication


Step 6: Go back to your selected project

Step 7: Select the "Communications" tab and click "Email."

Step 8: Click the "Send Email" button on the right of the mail section to start your email communication. All emails exchanged for the project will be visible in the communication Section irrespective of the role of the user.
