How can customers submit queries through SubcontractorHub?
Step 1: As soon as a project is created, a customer portal link with credentials is automatically sent to the customer via Email (if your company has this trigger turned on).
Step 2: The customer can utilize the credentials provided in the email to log in to their customer portal
Step 3: Customers can scroll down to the bottom of the customer portal to find a Help & Support section where they can submit their queries by describing the subject and description of the issue
Step 4: You can see and address the customer query on the project details page by clicking on the customer query option below the project stages.
