How Can Customers Submit Queries Through SubcontractorHub?

Customers can use the Customer Portal to ask questions or share concerns about their project. This article explains how the query feature works and how customers can communicate with your team.

Step 1: As soon as a project is created, a customer portal link with credentials is automatically sent to the customer via Email (if your company has this trigger turned on).

Step 2: The customer can utilize the credentials provided in the email to log in to their customer portal

Step 3: Customers can scroll down to the bottom of the customer portal to find a Help & Support section where they can submit their queries by describing the subject and description of the issue

Step 4: You can see and address the customer query on the project details page by clicking on the customer query option below the project stages.

Step 4: Locate the Customer Query option on the SubcontractorHub Main Menu list to address the query.
