How is a project created?


A "Project" is created when a customer is sold and signed and is ready to move to operations for installation.

Convert a customer to a project:


Step 1: Under the “Customers” tab, select the customer whose proposal is ready to be converted into a project. 

Step 2: Click on the view details button to view the proposal details


Step 3: Change the status of the proposal to Closed Won Document Signed 


Step 4: Select Yes to change the proposal stage to Closed Won Document Signed.

*Your Organization may require certain fields or attachments to be filled out before moving to Closed Won - Documents Submitted.*

Step 5: After clicking “Yes”, your Proposal will automatically get converted into a project. To view this project, click on the Project Detail button on the top left. 


Step 6: Now that your project is created, you will see the stages of the job and all your customer’s information. Throughout the rest of your customer's project, you will come here to see updates.
