How to Use Filter By List View in Projects?


Filter by List View allows for the creation of personalized lists of leads, customers, and projects that can be sorted and filtered by most fields located on each of the objects. 


Follow the steps below to use the Filter By List view in Projects

Step 1: Locate “Projects” on the main menu.

Step 2: Click on the “three dots” next to the “New Project” button.

Step 3: Click on the “Create New” option.

Step 4: Add a name for the new list, designate the default role for the list, and select the roles for which the list will be visible.

Step 5: Click on the “Add Filters” option to select your filters. Choose from the list of filters available under the “Filter By” option.

Step 6: Click on “Operators” to find the list of operators available for your filter. Select your Operator.

Step 7: Add “Value” that aligns with your "Filter" and "Operator", and click “Save”.

Note: You can also add multiple filters to your list depending on your requirements.
