How do customers get their customer portal?


Subcontractor Hub offers a free Customer Portal for organizations that use the Project Management features. This customer portal connects to the Project object and is used to give customers visibility into their job progress and avenues to connect back to assigned team members.


When a Customer is converted into a project, you can automate a designed email to go out to the Customer with their portal information.


The default template (below) includes the customer portal link with credentials.


If the customer did not receive this email or needs the credentials later on, you can access them in the Project object here:
