How to Add/Update Notes, and Attachments Under Services?
This section under Services allows users to document and store critical information specific to each service request. Whether you're uploading supporting documents like permits and images, or adding clarifying notes for better coordination, this section ensures all service-related details stay organized and easily accessible within the project. It improves communication between teams and helps maintain a reliable record of service activities.
Step 1: Navigate to the "Manage Projects" tab and click "Projects." Select your project.
Step 2: Select services in your project details page just below the project stages
Step 3: Select “Custom Services” and click “Next”.
Step 4: Scroll down on your services page to find the “Service Requests” section. Click on “View Detail” in the far right corner.
Step 5: Find “Attachments” just below the Order Details.
Step 6: Click on “Add File” to add your attachments.
Step 7: Add a label, upload your file, and click “Upload”.
Step 8: Go back to your order detail page and click on “Notes” just beside the attachments.
Step 9: Add your note for the service request and click ”Save”.
