Streamline Sales With Sales To EPC Aurora Designer Connection

Here at SubcontractorHub, we aim to give users complete control over their sales process, tailoring each aspect of sales velocity to their needs. As a part of this continued effort, we have introduced a new setting which empowers interconnected sales and EPC organizations with the choice between showing EPC designers or sales designers as options for Aurora proposal owners.

Interconnected sales and EPC organizations can adjust their settings to show either EPC or sales designers as options for proposal owners. The setting must be the same in both the sales and EPC organization for this feature to work as intended.

To find out how to adjust this feature, follow this step-by-step guide.

Need Help Organizing Proposals? Try Titling Your Proposal Cards

With SubcontractorHub’s sales velocity features, you can create as many proposals as you need for each customer, there is no limit. But how to organize them? That’s where our new proposal card title feature comes in to help you organize proposals more effectively.  SubcontractorHub users can now add a title to a customer’s proposal card, enhancing the customization of proposals. Titles can be edited as needed.

Further Enhance Manual Design With The Irradiance Update

The manual design tool is constantly improving as we strive to give users more control over the design process. With this new update, users can experience a new level of customization with the power to choose between LIDAR data sources. Depending on the selected LIDAR data source, the irradiance will be represented differently within the shading report when designing with the manual design tool. Users can choose between Google Solar and NREL data sources.

Tailor Finance Options To Customer Needs With Manual Entry Financing

Offering customers a wide range of finance options helps them realize their solar dreams and boosts customer satisfaction. Courtesy of the most recent update to the Lenders tab, users can finance proposals using their own database, making solar more accessible to homeowners. Add leases and loan products to the Lenders tab with ease and enable financing using manual entry for proposals. When enabled, users can add leases and loans to proposals from their own database.

Streamline Project Management With Automated Project Stage Updates

Effective project management requires a combination of accuracy and efficiency. We have come up with an exciting new feature which further enhances the efficiency of project management on the platform, allowing users to boost customer satisfaction.

In the projects module, the task list under each stage can now automatically update the project status, indicating whether the stage is "In Progress" or "To Do". Once all tasks under a stage are completed, the stage automatically updates to "Completed". This feature helps organizations streamline project management, automating manual tasks and saving time.

Enable Or Disable SubcontractorHub Design Tools With Ease

Don’t want to see SubcontractorHub design tools each time you create a new proposal? Then this update is perfect for you. In your Design tool settings, you can now manage which design tools you see with just one toggle, the “Enable SubcontractorHub Design Tool” option, which is off by default. This prevents the design tool from appearing as an option when creating a proposal for organizations not using SubcontractorHub’s design tools. If a parent organization disables the tools, the setting applies to all its offices. The same applies to interconnected sales and EPC organizations.

Close Deals Faster: Effortlessly Share SubHub Sign Templates With Recipients

The faster you can share a contract with a customer, the faster you can close a deal. We have gone a step beyond simply facilitating e-signing to allow users to send contracts directly from the SubHub Sign Templates tab. A new option, “Use Templates to Send Envelope” has been added, allowing SubcontractorHub users to send a document template directly to recipients' email addresses for e-signing without entering a proposal.

Follow this step-by-step article for more information on SubHub Sign, including this new feature.

Provide Detailed PPW Pricing Summaries With One Click

When creating a winning proposal, precise, detailed information is key. One of the ways you can enhance your proposals is by providing PPW information in the pricing summary, instead of relying only on total pricing summaries. That’s why organizations can now toggle “show PPW” to display the PPW instead of the total summary in the proposal's pricing summary. When enabled, the PPW toggle appears in the summary section; if off, it does not. This feature is available for all lender-financed proposals, with the PPW presentation differing based on the selected lender.
