How do I move a project to a different job stage?

Project stages represent the sequential steps undertaken to complete the project, spanning from design to the completion of the project. To transition your project to a different job stage, please follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Locate the Projects tab on the left-hand side and select your project

Step 2: Choose the project stage to which you want to move your project and click on it.

Step 3: Fill in the necessary fields for the project stage, then click on the dropdown menu next to the stage status at the top right of the popup window.

Step 4: You can select either "completed" or "processing" depending on the current status of the project at that stage.

Step 5: Click on the “Update” button.

Step 6: The “completed” stage is highlighted in green, while the stage under “processing” is highlighted in blue on the project stages tab.

You can also update the project stage with the help of tasks listed under each stage

The tasks under a stage can be used to update the project stage status automatically. Once all tasks under a stage are completed, the stage automatically updates to "Completed".


Step 7: Click on the task in stage detail or click on the task from the task lists

Step 8: Click on the “Edit” button.

Step 9: Click on the field next to “Status”.

Step 10: Select the status of the task to update the progress of the stage.

Step 11: Click “Update”.

Step 12: As soon as the tasks listed under a stage are completed, the stage automatically gets updated on the stages tab.
