This month, SubcontractorHub introduces several new features and improvements designed to enhance workflow efficiency, improve financial integrations, and streamline proposal management. Here’s a look at the latest updates:
SubcontractorHub now offers Spanish Accents for Avatars in Welcome Calls, making the experience more inclusive and personalized for Spanish-speaking clients.
PPW Pricing Toggle Setting Enabled by Default
To optimize pricing settings, the PPW (Price Per Watt) toggle is now enabled by default for all new and existing organizations. If an organization prefers not to use this setting, it can be disabled from the organization’s settings at any time.
Sync Quotes for GoodLeap Financing
Sales reps can now stay up to date with GoodLeap financing by using the new "Sync Quotes" feature. This allows them to retrieve the latest status on their customer’s credit application and contract signing, ensuring accurate statuses are reflected on the GoodLeap finance card.
Enhancing the Scanifly integration, users can now add their Scanifly Project ID and choose between Request Design or Self Design when creating a customer. This provides greater flexibility in handling project designs and streamlines the integration process.
PTO Greenlight Status Event for LightReach
A new PTO Greenlight Status event has been added to the Finance Status section for projects using LightReach. This status ensures that activation cannot be submitted without the required PTO approval, adding an extra layer of compliance and project control.
Energy Insight: Connection Error Banner Added
To improve visibility during data sync issues, a new error banner will now appear directly in the Consumption Profile if the Energy Insight connection fails. This helps users quickly identify and resolve connection issues.
Enhanced Project Management Tools
State Dropdown for Project Filtering View
Users can now filter projects by state using a new dropdown menu in the project filtering view, making it easier to sort and access region-specific data.
- Tag Feature: Projects can now be tagged, with those tags clearly visible within the Kanban view, offering improved categorization and team collaboration.
- Created Date Filters: A new filter has been added to allow users to sort projects by their creation date within the Kanban view. This helps surface time-sensitive work and manage backlogs more efficiently.
New Reporting Option: Esignature Activity Report Type
A new report type is now available to track Esignature Activity across proposals. This enables teams to monitor engagement, track signing timelines, and ensure no step in the signing process is missed.
