How to use the review proposals feature?
A new "Review Proposal" feature has been added to SubcontractorHub, allowing managers to review proposals created by sales representatives. Managers can now approve or reject different sections of the proposals that were submitted for review. To utilize this feature, you need to request the superadmin to enable it
How can a Sales Representative submit a proposal for review?
Step 1: Click on the Customer tab from the main menu and select your customer.
Step 2: Click on the “View Details” button on the proposal card
Step 3: After completing your proposal, click on the “In Review” stage tab
Step 4: A pop-up message will appear, asking you to confirm your selection. Click “Yes”
Step 5: After clicking “Yes”, a banner will appear right at the top showcasing that your proposal is under review.
How can a Sales Manager review a proposal?
Step 1: Select “Review Proposal” from the main menu
Step 2: Select the proposal that requires a review.
Step 3: Click on the “Review Proposal” option from the list on the left.
Step 4: Click on the “Edit” button in the top-right corner of the pop-up window
Step 5: Click on the drop-down menu to choose between "Pass" and "Fail" for a specific section of the proposal. You can also add a comment to provide feedback and help the sales representative improve the proposal.
Step 6: Click “Save”
Note: Email notifications are sent to the sales representatives post the proposal review process, allowing them to update the proposal as per the review
