How Does Proposal Download Work?

Follow the steps below to download a proposal in PDF format.

Step 1: Click the “Customers” tab from the main menu.

Step 2: Locate the customer and click “Proposals”.

Step 3: Click “View Detail”.

Step 4:  Click the download button located next to the “HTML Proposal” button in the header. 

Step 5: The proposal PDF will automatically save in the “Attachments” section. Click on the eye icon to view the proposal in the next tab. Click the trash icon to delete the proposal

Step 6: Once the proposal is converted into a project, the PDF proposal will automatically be saved in the project’s “Attachments” tab.

Step 7: Click on the eye icon to view the proposal in the next tab. Click the trash icon to delete the proposal. Click the download icon to download the proposal.
