Change Your Proposal Stages

This feature of the SubcontractorHub allows you to manage the proposal stages efficiently. These stages, sequences, and sub-stages can be managed in the database by your organization admin.

Whenever a proposal moves from one step to another, the stages should be changed by clicking on them and setting them as the current stage

Points to Remember:

The status visible on the proposals page is loaded from the database in the same sequence as it is added/managed in the database.
Proposal stage inputs are those fields that you can fill when setting any stage as the current stage. This input is set up from the database.
If you have access to the database section then you can set it up from that section.

Detailed Steps:

Step 1: Go to customer section from the navigation menu and click on proposal button for the respective customer. Click on View Details for the desired proposal.

Once you are in the proposal details page, the proposal stages shall be visible at the top of the page as shown in the image below:

Step 2: To set any stage as the current stage, click on the proposal stage and enter the details as required. Then click on Set Current Stage.
