Market Adjusters in SubcontractorHub let sales organizations manage redline pricing from the database. Sales reps can set adjusters by state to maintain commissions. The difference between EPC and sales redline pricing determines discounts or adders prices for proposals.

Utility Bill Owner

SubcontractorHub users can add utility bill owner info from the Customer info tab. This is an optional feature. If a utility bill owner is assigned, they will sign the contract, otherwise, the contract will be signed by the customer.

Aurora Default Designer for Offices

A new option in the organization settings suggests the parent default designer for an office. This option allows users to select the parent default designer in an office, allowing a designer from the parent organization to log in and design in Aurora.

SubHub Sign Completion Certificate

Upon successful completion of contract signing via SubHub Sign, an email will be sent to the recipients of the contract. This email will include a certificate of completion as an attachment, verifying that the contract has been signed and completed through SubHub Sign.
