How To Adjust Utility Bill Owner Information
Users can add utility bill owner info from the Customer info tab. This is an optional feature. If a utility bill owner is assigned, they will sign the contract, otherwise, the contract will be signed by the customer. Follow the steps below to adjust utility bill owner information.
Step 1: Locate the “Customers” tab on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Locate the “Actions” section and click on “Proposals”.
Step 3: Click on “View Detail” on the proposal card.
Step 4: Click on the “Customer Info” tab on the left-hand side.
Step 5: Go to the “Utility Bill Owner Info” tab and click “Edit”.
Step 6: Input the utility bill owner details, then click “Update”.
