How to Use SubcontractorHub’s Perfect Packet
SubcontractorHub’s Perfect Packet checklist ensures all critical documents and data are submitted and verified before contract signing. Sales reps can upload required files and check off each item as it's completed. Later, when initiating the contract signing process, a popup will prompt them to review and confirm the checklist—helping prevent delays, reduce errors, and ensure a smooth handoff.
Follow the steps below to use SubcontractorHub's perfect packet checklist.
Step 1: From the main menu, go to the “Customers” tab.
Step 2: Locate the “Actions” section and click “Proposals”.
Step 3: Click “View Detail” on the proposal card.
Step 4: Click the “Perfect Packet” tab on the left.
Step 5: Click on the action button on the right-hand side.
Step 6: Add the attachment details and upload the file.
Step 7: Click “Save”.
Step 8: Mark the action as completed by clicking on the empty check box.
