Change Order

Change Order is a feature inside of the Project object that allows operations teams to make changes in the proposal after contract signing.

This feature allows the customer to add/edit/delete any requirement from their initial proposal after the work has started.

In this case, the stage of the project is changed back to the initial presented stages and the owner of the Customer will need to get the new contract signed before the work can resume.
