How To Turn On Google Maps HD

Toggle between Google Maps and Google Maps HD to design solar arrays with the highest quality aerial imagery. This feature ensures effortless accuracy of solar panel measurements so that your sales team can provide optimal designs to homeowners. The scale of solar modules will remain approximately the same when switching between maps. Follow the steps below to switch to Google Maps HD when using the manual design tool. 

Step 1: From the proposal card, click “View Detail”.

Step 2: Align the crosshair with the home’s roof, then click “Set House”.

Step 3: Click the “Google Maps” drop-down menu in the top right corner of the design tool. Click “Google Maps HD”.
