How To Use The Utility Request Feature


In the case that your customer’s utility is not available within the proposal, you can request that our support team add it to the database by following the steps below.


Step 1: Click on “Proposals” within the “Actions” section of the Customers tab.

Step 2: Click on “View Detail” on the proposal card.


Step 3: Click on the “Get Help” button.


Step 4: Fill out the utility name and tariff name. Then click on the “Submit” button.
