How To Utilize SubcontractorHub's Consumption Profile

Learn how to navigate and utilize the Subcontractor Hub's Consumption Profile to input and edit energy usage and utility bill information, enabling accurate estimates and tailored proposals for customers. This guide covers everything from accessing proposals to editing and saving consumption profiles.

Step 1: Click on “Proposals” within the “Actions” section of the Customers tab.

Step 2: Click on “View Detail” on the proposal card.

Step 3: Select the utility from the drop-down box.

Step 4: Our system automatically displays the information for the estimated tariff and rates. You can edit the Estimated Rates and change the tariff if the customer is not in the default.

Step 5: Adjust the energy usage and utility bill details on the provided graphs. If you only input one month, an estimate of both consumption and utility bills is provided automatically.

You can switch between monthly and annual graphs with the Monthly and Annual buttons.

Input as much or as little information as you have, whether only one month’s production, annual utility bills, or annual production. Estimated calculations by the platform appear in yellow, your data will appear in blue.

Note: You can also adjust the bill values in the consumption profile by editing the Estimated Rate. The formula for Bill is Bill= kWh x Estimated Value

Step 6: Click “Next” to proceed with the design.

Step 7: Click on the “Consumption Profile” to view consumption and utility bill graphs, to make edits after design has been run.

Step 8: If making edits, click “Save”, otherwise, “Close” when finished viewing.

Step 9: When editing the consumption profile after design, the data will auto-populate on solar details based on the new information added.
