How to Sign Contracts Through Finance Partner
After a homeowner qualifies for financing, the next step is signing the finance contract. SubcontractorHub makes this easy by guiding you through the signing process for each integrated finance partner. Whether you're working with GoodLeap, LightReach, or SOLRITE, follow the steps below to complete the signing process.
Signing Contracts Through Goodleap
Step 1: From the finance card, click “Send Finance Docs” to share the finance contract with the customer via email.
Step 2: Click “Yes”.
Step 3: The loan documents will arrive in your customer’s inbox. From the email, click on “Review Document” to proceed.
Step 4: Read the document disclosures and check the box to agree to e-signing.
Step 5: Click on the “Continue” button.
Step 6: Click on “Initial” to initial wherever indicated.
Step 7: Click on the “Adopt and Initial” button.
Step 8: Click on “Sign” to sign wherever indicated.
Step 9: Fill out the payment details.
Step 10: Click on the “Next” button to finish.
Signing Contracts Through LightReach
Step 1: From the finance card, click “Send Finance Docs” to share the finance contract with the customer via email.
Step 2: Click “Yes”. This will generate the contract.
Step 3: The loan documents will arrive in your customer’s inbox. From the email, click on “Review Document” to proceed.
Step 4: The contract will open in the next tab with DocuSign. Click on “Continue”.
Step 5: Click “Start” on the left-hand side of the document.
Step 6: Click the “Initial” icon to initial wherever required.
Step 7: Select your signature style. You can choose to adopt a style, draw your signature or upload your signature. Click “Adopt and Sign”.
Step 8: Click “Select” on the left-hand side of the document to mark checkboxes.
Step 9: Click the “Sign” icon to sign wherever required.
Step 10: Once the contract is signed, click “Finish”.
Signing Contracts Through SOLRITE
Step 1: From the finance card, click “Send Contract Docs” to share the finance contract with the customer via email.
Step 2: Click “Yes”. This will generate the contract.
Step 3: The contract will open in the next tab to be signed by the sales rep. Click on “Continue”.
Step 4: Click on “Sign” to sign wherever required.
Step 5: Select your signature style. You can choose to adopt a style, draw your signature or upload your signature. Click “Adopt and Sign”.
Step 6: Click “Finish”. This will trigger an email sent to the customer, where they will sign their contract.
Step 7: From the customer’s email, click “Review Documents”.
Step 8: Mark the disclosures checkbox and click “Continue”.
Step 9: Click ‘Sign” to sign wherever required.
Step 10: Click “Adopt and Sign”.
Step 11: Once the contract is signed, click “Finish”. The contract will then be sent to the channel partner via email.
Step 12: From the channel partner’s email, click “Review Documents”. Repeat the signing process and click “Finish”. Once the channel partner has signed the contract, the proposal will convert into a project.
