How To Resend Customer to Podio
Resending an event/customer to Podio should only be used if initial pushes for creating customer, credit check, signed deal, or welcome call did not show up.
Step 1: From your Home Page, locate Customers in the Menu on the left-hand side and select the customer object.
Step 2: Click on the View Detail button from your proposal card
Step 3 : Click on the “Send Event” button on the top right section of the page.
Step 3: Select the event you want to re-send to Podio from the drop-down list.
Step 4: Click “ Send” to resend to podio.
*You will not be able to send an event if your customer has already moved stages to Closed Won Document Signed or if the customer has signed contracts.
