How to Accept or Reject an Appointment
Assignees can confirm, reject, or reschedule appointments based on their access permissions. If rejecting an appointment, providing a reason is mandatory.
Note: These actions (confirming, rejecting, or rescheduling) are permission-based. Make sure the relevant permissions are enabled in your user profile by an admin.
Follow the steps mentioned below to know how confirm or reject an appointment:
Step 1: Go to the “Appointments” tab in the main menu.
Step 2: Locate the desired appointment in the calendar and click on it.
Step 3: Click the edit icon on the “Status” button.
Confirmation
Step 1: To confirm your appointment, click “Confirmed”.
Step 2: Click “Yes”.
The status of the appointment will change to “Confirmed”.
Rejection
Step 1: To reject your appointment, click “Rejected”.
Step 2: Click “Yes”.
Step 3: In the comment section, mention the reason for rejection. Click “Save”.
The status of your appointment will change to “Rejected”.
