How to Add Task Templates
Follow the below steps to add a task template.
Step 1: Go to “Manage Database” and click “Database”.
Step 2: Navigate to the “Installation” section and select “Solar System -> Task Templates”.
Step 3: Click the “+ Add” button to add a new task template.
Step 4: Add the “Subject” and select “Assign To”.
Note: The fields that appear after selecting the “Assign To” option will change based on your selection. Please proceed accordingly.
Step 5: Select the “Stage”.
Step 6: Select the “Duration Type” and “Duration Value”, then set the “Priority”.
Step 7: Click “+ Add” once the required fields are selected.
Step 8: Your task template is created now.
Note: Tasks enlisted in each stage will only be visible when the corresponding stage is triggered during a project.
