How to Add Installation Photos Label Based on Finance Partner

To ensure all project photos are categorized and aligned with partner requirements, follow the steps below to add installation photo labels to your organization’s database. These labels help standardize documentation.


Step 1: Go to “Manage Database” in the main menu and click “Database”.

Step 2: Click “Installation”. 

Step 3: Click “Solar System” and select “Installation Photos”.

Note: Similarly, you can add new installation photos for all the other job types added to your organization including Roofing, Battery, and HVAC.

Step 4: Click “+ Add" to add new installation photos. 

Step 5: Add “Name” to the installation label. 

Step 6: Choose the “Finance Partner” from the dropdown.

Step 7: Add “Description” and tickbox the “Is Required” option. 

Step 8: Click “+ Add”.

Note: You can find a separate installation photo label in your project under the “Photos” section.
