How to Request Scanifly Designs

Once your admin sets up the Scanifly request design flow settings, follow the steps below to request a Scanifly design.

Step 1: Create a new proposal, selecting “Scanifly Request Design” as the design tool.

Step 2: Fill out the customer’s consumption profile and click “Start Design”.

Step 3: Click “Design Request”.

Step 4: Select the designer from the “Choose Designer” dropdown, then click “Save”.

Step 5: Click “Chat With Designer” to access the chat with the Scanifly designer.

When using the Scanifly design request feature, designers and sales reps can communicate via the design chat feature. Designers can click the “Chat With Sales Person” button from the design request page, and sales reps can click “Chat With Designer” to access the same chat from their proposal. When using the “Chat With Designer” feature, sales reps can now get real-time updates to the chat without having to close and reopen the chat to see the latest messages.
