How to Set Appointment Permissions
Define appointment access based on user roles to maintain control and clarity within your scheduling system. Use the steps below to assign permissions that determine which roles can view or manage appointments across the platform.
Follow the steps below to update appointment permissions for each role in your organization.
Step 1: Log in to your organization. From the main menu, click “Manage Database” and navigate to “Database”.
Step 2: Click “Appointments” and select “Appointment Permissions”.
Step 3: Find the user role you want to update and click the edit icon.
Step 4: Click “Select Roles”.
Step 5: Choose the Designated Roles from the dropdown list.
Appointment permissions are now successfully set for the selected user role.
Note: Users can now view both their own role and any designated roles after logging in.
