How to Request an Aurora Re-Design

Follow the steps below to request a re-design for solar proposals designed with Aurora. This feature is available for proposals in the “Design Completed” stage. 

Step 1: Click “View Detail” on the proposal card.

Step 2: Click “Re-design Request”.

Step 3: Enter a comment for the Aurora designer and click “Update”.

Step 4: The stage will change to “Design Change Requested”.

Step 5: The Aurora designer will receive an email notification of the re-design request.
