How to Auto Add Adders for Your Offices

Use this guide to automatically apply specific adders to proposals created by selected offices in your system. Follow the steps below to enable the Auto Add option.

Depending on the conditions set, adders will automatically be included in proposals for the selected offices. 


Step 1: Go to “Manage Database” section.

Step 2: Click “Database”.

Step 3: Navigate to “Solar System” and select “Adders”.

Step 4: Click on the “eye icon” of the specific adder you want to auto add.

For Example: If the Small Ground Mount (<4 kW) adder is commonly used by your Phoenix and Las Vegas offices, you can set it to be automatically applied whenever a proposal is created from those locations. 

Simply check the Auto Add box and select the relevant offices, this ensures the adder is included by default without needing to be manually added each time. This feature is especially useful for region-specific adders.

Step 5: Click “Edit”.

Step 6: Locate the "Auto Add" checkbox and check it to automatically add adders for your selected offices.

Step 7: Use the "Select Offices" dropdown to choose the offices where you want the adders applied.

Step 8: Click “Update”
