How to Map Mosaic Equipment


Note: Users must map equipment to begin generating quotes with Mosaic Financing in the system.

Step 1: From your Home Page, navigate to Manage Integrations and go to “Integrations”.

Step 2: Select Financing Partners, locate the integration card titled "Mosaic" and click “Connect”.

Step 3: Enter your Base URL, Client ID, Client Secret, Partner Identifier, and Sales Rep Identifier (The details will be provided by the Account Manager or contact Mosaic X  SubcontractorHUb to get your Organization details). Click “Verify and Connect”.

Step 4: Your organization can now utilize the benefits of having Mosaic as your financing partner. 

Step 5: Go to “Manage Database”.

Step 6: Click “Database”.

Step 7: Go to “Solar System” to map the equipment one by one. 

Step 8: Click “Panels” to map the panels to Mosaic. 

Step 9: Click “Map fields”

Step 10: Enter your Mosaic panel data.

Step 11: Once done, click “Map Data”

Step 12: Next, go to “Inverters” to map them to Mosaic. 

Step 13: Click “Map fields”

Step 14: Enter your Mosaic Inverter Data.

Step 15: Once done, click “Map Data”

Step 16: Now, go to “Batteries”.

Step 17: From the dropdown, select “Batteries”.

Step 18: Click “Map Fields”.

Step 19: Enter your Mosaic Battery Data.

Step 20: Once done, click “Map Data”

Now you have mapped all the necessary equipment to Mosaic.
