How to Set Increments for Battery Selection in Your Proposal?

Battery increments determine how much the quantity increases when users click the “+” button during proposal creation. Instead of increasing by one unit at a time, you can set the battery to increase in larger steps (e.g., by 2 or 3). This helps sales reps quickly select appropriate battery quantities based on product packaging or installation guidelines.

Follow the steps below to set battery increment values in your database.

Step 1: From the main menu, click “Manage Database” and select “Database”. 

Step 2: Open the “Batteries” dropdown and select “Batteries”.

Step 3: Click the “View Details” icon located to the right of your battery. 

Step 4: Click “Edit”.

Step 5: Scroll Down to find the Price Information section.

Step 6: Scroll right in the price information section to find a new column labeled “Increment By”.

Step 7: Click  on the “Edit” button to set your increment values.
