How to Add AI-Assisted Design Questions

This feature allows admins to create AI-Assisted questions that sales representatives can answer before submitting a design request. By adding these questions, you ensure that all necessary details are captured and communicated effectively to the designer, reducing errors and streamlining the design process.


Step 1: Navigate to the “Manage Database" option in the main menu.

Step 2: Click on “Database”.

Step 3: Next, click on “Additional” in the Database menu.

Step 4: From the dropdown, select “AI-Assisted Questions”.

Step 5: To add a new question, click on the “Add” button to open a pop-up window.

Step 6: Type your question in the provided field.

If the question is mandatory, check the "Required" checkbox. This ensures that sales representatives must answer the question before they send the request.

Step 7: Click “Save” to add the question to the database.

By following these steps, you can efficiently add AI-Assisted design questions, ensuring improved sales rep and designer collaboration.
