Create Custom Chat Groups

Follow the steps below to create custom chat groups. Custom chat groups can be tagged when using the chat feature for projects. 

Step 1: From the main menu, click “Database”.

Step 2: Open the “Additional” dropdown and select “Custom Chat Groups”. 

Step 3: Click “Add” to create a new chat group.

Step 4: Enter the chat group name and select the users to include. Click “Add” to save your chat group.

Step 5: Your chat groups can be edited or deleted with the corresponding buttons on the right. 

Custom chat groups can be found within the list when tagging with “@” in your project chat.
