How To Adjust AI-Assisted Design Tool Flow Settings

Follow the steps below to choose which design options show up for sales reps when creating a proposal.

Step 1: From the main menu, click your organization’s profile and select “Settings”. 

Step 2: Locate the “Design Tool Settings” section and click the edit icon in the right-hand corner. 

Step 3: Choose whether you would like to set design requests or self-design as the default flow for the AI-Assisted tool. The flow you select will show as an option when creating a new proposal. 

Step 4: If you prefer to have both design request and self-design flows available, turn on the “Show All AI Assisted Design Flows” toggle. Click “Update” to save your changes.
