How to Enable Appointment Module Settings?
Easily customize how appointments work in SubcontractorHub. This quick guide walks you through setting default views, durations, and calendar times to match your workflow.
Step 1: Click on your organization’s profile in the top right corner and select “Settings”.
Step 2: Go to the “Appointment Settings” section, then click the edit icon in the right-hand corner.
Step 3: Click on the “Edit icon".
Step 4: You can set the default appointment view based on either the resource view or the grid view.
Step 5: You can set the default appointment duration for a resource. The duration can be set to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour.
Note: By default, each appointment duration is now set to 15 minutes, as configured in the settings.
Step 6: You can also set the default appointment duration in the list view. The duration can be set to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour.

Step 7: Adjust the calendar start and end times to suit your schedule.
Step 8: Scroll back up and click “Update”.
