How to add and edit Proposal Stages?
Step 1: Click on the “Database” tab on the left-hand side.
Step 2: Locate and click on the “Stages” tab on the left-hand side.
Step 3: Click on “Proposal Stages”.
Step 4: Click “Add” .
Note: You can utilize the “Copy from Superadmin” button to get the preexisting stages set up by the SubcontractorHub team.
Step 5: Add the stage name, job type, and a sub-stage if needed.
Click “Save”
Step 6: You can also click the “Edit” button on the right to edit the stage details.
Step 7: You can also set the chronological order of the stages by dragging and dropping the stages above each other.
Note: Please note that the default proposal stages cannot be edited or added. These stages are predefined to maintain consistency and standardization across all proposals.
