Note: The post-qualification process starts immediately after a homeowner qualifies. The "Qualify" icon will change to blue and display "Qualified".
Enfin Post-Qualification Process
Follow the steps below to finish the Enfin finance process. Once the financing documents are signed, the proposal will be converted into a project.
Step 1: After qualifying for Enfin’s financing, a congratulatory email is sent to the customer's registered email address, allowing them to begin the post qualification process.
Step 2: Click on “Select your payment method”.
Step 3: You will be redirected to Enfin’s loan approval page.
Step 4: Click the checkbox next to your Enfin’s financial information.
Step 5: Scroll down and click “Proceed”.
Step 6: Check the details of ACH auto pay and click on “Enter Bank Details” at the bottom.
Step 7: Click “Submit”.
Step 8: Enter your bank details and click “Submit”.
Step 9: You will be then redirected to the E-sign portal to sign the contract. Select the checkbox and click “Continue”.
Step 10: Click “Start” to begin signing the contract.
Step 11: Click “Adopt and Sign”.
Step 12: After completing the signing process, click “Finish”.
Note: Make sure to download a copy of the contract. You will be required to attach the signed contracts in the proposal builder to convert your proposal into a project.
Step 13: A copy of the signed contract is sent to the email for review.
Note: The "Sync Application Status" button allows users to instantly update the credit application status without refreshing the page.
