How to Set Custom Dealer Fee ?

The Dealer Fee section lets admins customize financing offers by adding additional charges or discounts, on top of the existing product fees. This helps tailor proposals more accurately to the organization’s pricing structure. Follow the steps below to set them up:


Step 1: Locate “Manage Database” and click "Database" on the main menu.

Step 2: Click on  “Dealer Fee” under the “Additional” dropdown.

Step 3: Click on the “Add Dealer Fee” button in the top right corner.

Step 4: Select your financing partner.


Step 5: Select “Product Category”.

Step 6: Select the state where you want to add the dealer fee. You can also select all states by clicking the “All States” checkbox

Step 7: Choose the “Product”.

Step 8: Add your “Dealer Fee” and click “Save”.

Note: The Dealer Fee can be either a positive or negative value, depending on whether the organization intends to charge extra fees or offer a discount on the existing financing product fees.

Note: The dealer fee can be seen after finalizing the proposal in the summary section.

Note: The Dealer Fee can now also be set for users financing through Sungage and Concert.
