How To Enable Manual Closed Won Document Signed Based On Role Permission

This setting allows admins to enable the manual conversion of a proposal to a project based on the role selected. Admins can select multiple roles for this feature. Follow the steps below to enable the setting.

Step 1: Click on your organization’s profile in the top right corner and select “Settings’.

Step 2: Go to the “Proposal to Project Settings” section, then click the edit icon in the right-hand corner.

Step 3: Open the “Manual Closed Won Documents Signed based on Role Permission” dropdown and select the roles you want to assign this feature to, then click “Update". Now, when a proposal converts to the closed won, contract signed stage, the proposal will not automatically convert into a project for the assigned roles. The assigned roles will have to convert the proposal into a project manually.
