Set Minimum Quantity for Batteries

Users can now set the minimum quantity of batteries required for proposals directly in the database. This new feature allows for more precise control over proposal requirements, ensuring that all proposals meet the necessary standards. By default, the minimum quantity of batteries will now be displayed in the battery section of your proposal. If there is already a minimum quantity entry for a territory, it ensures consistency by preventing new entries for that territory.

Step 1: Locate the “Database” tab on the left-hand side. 

Step 2: Click on the “Batteries” tab.

Step 3: Select “Batteries” from the sub-tabs

Step 4: Select the battery for which you want to set the minimum quantity, then click on the "View Detail" button on the right.

Step 5:  Scroll down to the battery detail page to find the “Price Information” section.

The Price Information section helps you set battery prices for each state using fixed amounts and margins. You can now also set the minimum quantity to add to the proposal.

Step 6: Scroll right to find the “Minimum Quantity” column

Step 7: Click on the "Edit" button to set the battery quantity and click "Update."
