How to Set Up Battery Pricing for Sales Organizations from EPC Organizations

EPC organization admins can set up custom pricing for batteries via the database from the batteries section. Admins can easily set up custom battery pricing for each sales organization based on territory. This ensures improved control over battery pricing. Follow the steps below to set up master battery pricing.

Step 1:  Locate and click the “Database” tab from the main menu.

Step 2: Go to the “Batteries” tab and select “Batteries”. Choose the battery that needs updated pricing and click on the view detail button which appears as an eye icon. 

Step 3: Click “Manage Pricing For Sales”. 

Step 4: Input the battery price for each organization based on the territories listed on the left-hand side. Then click “Save”. 

Step 5: When a sales organization creates a proposal with a battery, the battery pricing set by the EPC organization will reflect in the pricing summary as in the example below.
