How to Activate Auto Add with Zipcodes
Step 1: Navigate to “Manage Database” from the main menu on the left and select “Database”.
Step 2: Open the “Solar System” dropdown and select “Adders”.
Step 3: Choose the specific adder for which you want to enable the auto-add functionality. Click the “View Detail” icon.
Step 4: Click on the “Edit” button.
Step 5: Click on the checkbox next to "Auto Add" to activate the Auto Add functionality for the selected adder.
Step 6: You can add the conditions for Auto Add by selecting your preferred state, territories, distance from the warehouse and zipcode. Zipcodes can be entered manually in the “Zipcodes” field or uploaded from a CSV file by clicking “Import”.
Step 7: Auto Add can also be set up based on system size, county, utility and other factors.
Step 8: Scroll up and click “Update”.
Once the "Auto Add" functionality is enabled for the adder, it will automatically be included in your proposal whenever the system detects the zip codes associated with the customer's address. This streamlines the proposal creation process, ensuring that relevant add-ons are automatically included based on the customer's location.
