How to activate Auto Add with Zipcodes

Step 1: Navigate to the database from the main menu on the left

Step 2: Click on “Solar System” and select "Adders."

Step 3: Choose the specific adder for which you want to enable the auto-add functionality.

Step 4: Click on the “Edit” button

Step 5: Click on the checkbox next to "Auto Add" to activate the Auto Add functionality for the selected adder.

Step 6: You can add the conditions for Auto Add by selecting your preferred state, System size and Zipcode

Step 7: To activate the Auto Add according to zipcode, click on the “Add Zipcode” button just below the State option

Step 8: Add your zipcode. You can also add multiple zipcodes for a single adder

Step 9: Scroll up and click “Update”

Once the "Auto Add" functionality is enabled for the adder, it will automatically be included in your proposal whenever the system detects the zip codes associated with the customer's address. This streamlines the proposal creation process, ensuring that relevant add-ons are automatically included based on the customer's location.
