Set Up Live Chat

Step 1: Click on the “Hi, Username” button in the top right corner, then select “Organization”.

Step 2: Click on the “Configuration” tab

Step 3: Scroll down the list and select Scripts

Step 4: Click “Add” to add your live chat script

Step 5: Add the label, and your Live Chat Script and click “Save”

Step 6: Scroll up and click “Publish” to take your live chat online.
