Add An Ambassador Program


Follow the steps below to add an ambassador program.


Step 1: Click on the profile in the top right corner, then select “Organization”.


Step 2: Click on the “Ambassador” tab.


Step 3: Go to the “Ambassador Setting” section and click on the edit icon in the right corner.


Step 4: Toggle “Become An Ambassador” on.


Step 5: To add an energy advisor button to the ambassador program page, toggle “Energy Advisor Button” on.


Step 6: Click on “Create New Energy Advisor” to add an energy advisor.


Step 7: Input the name and email address of the advisor and click “Save”.


Step 8: Alternatively, click on “Pick from Subhub Users”. This option will become available after you integrate your organization with SubcontractorHub.


Step 9: Select a use from the drop-down and click “Save”.


Step 10: After making the necessary changes to the ambassador settings, click “Publish”.


Step 11: Scroll down to the “Ambassador Home Page Content” section. Choose a layout from the available options.


Step 12: To edit a layout, click on the edit icon.


Step 13: The content, Talk To Ambassador Label, Talk To Ambassador Number, Form Heading, Form Button and background image can be edited. After editing, click “Save”.


Step 14: To add an inner section to the Ambassador Home Page Content, click “Add”.


Step 15: After adding the necessary content, click “Save”.


Step 16: To edit the inner section later, click on the “Edit” button.


Step 17: After setting up the home page layout and content, click “Publish”.


Step 18: Locate and click the “Ambassadors” tab in the main menu.


Step 19: There are two tabs in this module. The Company Ambassadors tab shows all ambassadors who sign up for your ambassador program. The Ambassador Leads tab shows all leads that the company ambassadors refer to your organization.
