How To Navigate SubcontractorHub’s Database

Follow the steps below to find the information you require within SubcontractorHub’s database.

Step 1: Locate the “Database” tab on the left-hand side.

Step 2: The menu on the left-hand side includes all modules of the database.

Roofing

The roofing module includes: Adders, Discounts, Materials, Gutter Colors and Pitches.

Solar System

The solar system module includes: Adders, Discounts, Panels, Inverters, Monitors, Optimizers, Non-System Add-Ons and the Utility list.

HVAC

The HVAC module includes Adders, Discounts and HVACs.

Batteries

The batteries module includes Adders, Discounts and Batteries.

Roof With Solar

Perfect Packet can be located in the Roof With Solar job type module.

Manufacturers

This module includes Panel Manufacturers, Racking Manufacturers, Battery Manufacturers and Material Manufacturers.

Installation

There are four subdivisions within this module: Solar System, Roofing, Battery and HVAC.

Each subdivision includes Task Templates, Perfect Packet, Site Survey Photos, Installation Photos, Site Survey Questions and Tracking Fields.

Stages

The Stages module includes Proposal Stages and Job Stages.

Job Stages are divided depending on the job type- Solar Job Stages, Battery Job Stages, Roof Job Stages and HVAC Job Stages.

Prices Units

This module includes Adder and Discount Price Units.

Territory

Territories and Territory Zipcodes are included in this module.

Marketing

This module includes Lead Status, Lead Sources and Lead Sub Sources.

BOM

This module contains BOM Templates and BOM Formulae.

Appointments

This module includes Appointment Types for Projects and Leads.

Page Layout

This module contains Custom Fields for Lead and Customer pages, as well as Layouts for Lead pages.

Documents

This module includes Document Templates, Document Types and Forms.

Additional

This module includes Commissions, Perfect Packet, Household Appliances, REC Pricing, Utilities, FAQs, Webhooks and Automations.
