How to Create Categories and Bulk Import?
SubcontractorHub makes it simple to manage your product structure and supplier information. Use the Categories section to organize your offerings for better clarity and consistency. When handling large volumes of data, the Bulk Import feature lets you upload supplier details using a CSV file—saving time and reducing manual entry. Here's how to get started:
Step 1: Locate Categories from the Main Menu list and click “Add” in the top right corner.
Step 2: Write your category name and click “Add”. Your new category will now be available on your categories list
How to Bulk Import your supplier data?
Step 1: Locate Bulk Import the Main Menu list and click “Next” to start your data import
Step 2: Select the “Choose File” option to upload your data via a CSV file. A sample CSV file is available for download on the right.
Step 3: Select your file and upload it.
Step 4: Map columns from your CSV file according to Product type, product, category, manufacturer, and other necessary fields.
Step 5: Click “Next”
Step 6: Click “Import” and the data will be imported to SubcontractorHub
