How To Integrate Your Marketing Tools

SubcontractorHub integrates with the following marketing tools:
ActiveCampaign
ActiveCampaign is an automation tool that simplifies email template and form creation, automatically syncing data between SubcontractorHub and ActiveCampaign for a streamlined sales and customer service workflow. When a new customer is added to SubcontractorHub, a new deal is added to ActiveCampaign. When a customer’s proposal converts into a project, the account automatically updates in ActiveCampaign.
ActiveCampaign can be located in SubcontractorHub’s Integrations tab, under the “Marketing Tools” tab.

Act-on
Act-on is a marketing automation tool that can be used to create multichannel marketing campaigns. Act-on automatically syncs data between SubcontractorHub and Act-on for a streamlined marketing workflow. When a new customer is added to SubcontractorHub, Act-on will automatically create a contact. When a new project is created, the contact is added to a list automatically.
Act-on can be located in SubcontractorHub’s Integrations tab, under the “Marketing Tools” tab.

Pardot
Pardot is used to automate workflows, such as email campaigns and lead management. Pardot automatically syncs data between SubcontractorHub and Pardot for a streamlined marketing workflow. When a new customer is added to SubcontractorHub, Pardot will automatically create the prospect. When a new project is created, the prospect is updated automatically.
Pardot can be located in SubcontractorHub’s Integrations tab, under the “Marketing Tools” tab.

Constant Contact
Constant Contact is used to create marketing campaigns. Constant Contact automatically syncs data between SubcontractorHub and the marketing platform for a streamlined workflow. When a new customer is added to SubcontractorHub, Constant Contact will automatically create the contact. Constant Contact users can set up custom actions that will be triggered when a new project is created in SubcontractorHub.

CompanyCam
CompanyCam streamlines project management for contractors with a range of features including photo and video capture, document storage and management, offline mode and more. CompanyCam improves organization, collaboration and marketing efforts for contractors.
CompanyCam can be located in SubcontractorHub’s Integrations tab, under the “Marketing Tools” tab.
To integrate CompanyCam with SubcontractorHub, click “Connect” on the integration card. The CompanyCam sign-in will pop up. Input your credentials to complete the integration.
SCH-EasyQuote Connection
SCH-EasyQuote Connection can be located in SubcontractorHub’s Integrations tab, under the “Marketing Tools” tab.
To integrate SCH-EasyQuote Connection with SubcontractorHub, click “Connect” on the integration card. Input the API URL and Organization ID, then click “Connect”.
SalesRabbit
SalesRabbit’s marketing tool is a powerful integration with SubcontractorHub which is specifically designed for outside sales, including door-to-door and field sales. The tool can be used to track and manage leads. SalesRabbit syncs with SubcontrcatorHub’s platform, ensuring that all leads you generate are automatically added to SubcontractorHub’s Leads tab, where you can go on to create an accurate and winning proposal. Manage leads without losing any important information, streamline lead assignment, ensure fair distribution, and more with SalesRabbit.
SalesRabbit can be located in SubcontractorHub’s Integrations tab, under the “Marketing Tools” tab.
To integrate SalesRabbit with SubcontractorHub, click “Connect” on the integration card. Input the Token and Base URL, then click “Verify and connect”.
