How To Integrate Your CRM Via Zapier


Follow the steps below to integrate Zapier CRMs with SubcontractorHub.


Step 1: Click on the “Integrations” tab on the left-hand side.


Step 2: Click “CRM” on the left-hand side.


Step 3: Any CRM card marked with the yellow “Via Zapier” text can be integrated using Zapier credentials. Locate the required CRM  card and click “Connect”.


Step 4:  Zapier will open in the next tab. Log in with your credentials to complete the integration.

How to create Triggers and Actions on Zapier for your CRM integration on SubcontractorHub?


Follow the steps below to connect via zapier when you choose SubcontractorHub as a Trigger

Step 1: Once a new Zap is created, the following section will be presented. Here, you'll need to select the Trigger to proceed. 

Step 2: Upon clicking "Trigger", you'll be prompted to select the tool that will initiate an event.

Step 3: In this example, we'll proceed with "SubcontractorHub" as the external tool. After selecting the tool, we'll define the App & Event, Account, and Test.

In the "App & Event" section, we'll specify the trigger point or conditions that will activate this Zap. 

Step 4: After defining the event, click on "Continue" to configure the Account from which the event will be triggered.

Step 5: After configuring the account, the next step is to choose the organization.

Step 6: Once you've chosen the organization, click on "Continue" to proceed to the test section situated to the right of the "Accounts" section. Here, test data will be generated for your further testing needs.

Follow the steps below to connect via zapier when you choose SubcontractorHub as an Action

Step 1: Select Actions in Zapier 

Step 2: To begin with Actions, we first proceed to define the event to be executed when the trigger event occurs. You can select from the predefined actions on Zapier, or you can create custom actions by clicking on the "Create Action" button to define your event.

Step 3: After defining your events, we will configure the associated account details, similar to what we did for the Trigger.

Step 4 : After configuring the account settings, the subsequent step involves specifying the actions to be performed. 

Following this step, you can perform tests on various functionalities within the Test section.
