Adjust Roles and Permissions
Step 1: Locate “User Profile” from the Main Menu
Step 2: You can view your user profiles and manage individual permissions by clicking on the view button(eye-shaped button) at the end of each user profile.
User Profiles define how users access objects and data, and what they can do within the application.
Step 3: You can also create a “User Profile” By clicking on the “Add” button on the top right. Add the name of the profile and set the status as Enable.
Step 4: After setting up user profiles, navigate to Roles from the main menu. Click on the “Add” button on the top right corner to add a new role.
Step 5: Write the Role Name, select the user profile that needs to be assigned to the new role, and select its parent role.
Parent Role helps define the hierarchy of roles for your organization within Subcontractorhub
The New Role will now be added to the list of roles after clicking the “Add” button on the top right corner.
Step 6: To manage permissions, navigate to the user profile and click on the "View Details" button. You will be taken to the permissions page, where you can manage the necessary permissions for each user profile by toggling the appropriate settings.
