How to Schedule an Automation
Automation is a valuable feature in project management, allowing you to automatically send texts, emails, or updating fields when you start, change, or are in the progress of your project stage, or when the specific field gets updated. Follow the steps below to schedule an Automation
Step 1: Click on the Database option in SubcontractorHub
Step 2: Find the “Additional” option at the bottom of the list on the left and click on “Automation”
Step 3: Click on the “Add New Automation” button to schedule a new automation
Step 4: Add a title for your automation, select the Type of automation (Email, Text Message, and Update Fields), Type of Module, and Type of Job as mentioned in the pop-up window.
Step 5: Proceed below and select the option that specifies when and during which stage automation should be employed.
Step 6: Click on the “Save” button to save and employ your automation
